In order to participate in the 2019 Aviation Innovations Conference, you must submit your application and provide the deposit before the staging of the event.
Booth Fees (6ft table)
$1650 - early fee (reservations by January 31, 2019)
$1800 - standard fee (after January 31, 2019)
Each booth reservation includes one 6ft table, two chairs, company I.D. sign, and one complimentary Showcase-Only exhibitor registration.
Space is assigned based on a first come, first served method when accompanied with payment. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.
Deadline & Cancellation Policy
The deadline for reservations is March 1, 2019.
Fees will be refunded if a cancellation request is received in writing no later than March 1, 2019. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld unconditionally. There will be no refunds after March 1, 2019
Exhibitor Personnel Registration
All Showcase attendees must registered for conference using special link provided by the members of the organizational committee.
